Fat Lion ???

I recently purchased a lionfish. It looks kike his belly is gonna explode. Is it full of food, pregnant, or sick. Fish acts normal. Please help.

Maybe disease and treatment forum?...could have inhaled a big fish, could be bacterial, hard to say. Could be nothing. Could just be well fed.
Is it acting strangely? Any behavioral reason to think something is wrong?

Did you feed it anything that could have made its stomach that bloated?
I doubt it's pregnant. How long has it been like this?

That's a warning sign for a Lion that has been fed Goldfish long term. Obviously if it was wild caught then this isn't the case but if it's a trade-in I would avoid this fish.
