Just wondering are there any bourbon drinkers out there. My favorite without a doubt is Crown Royal(a bit pricey though). Jack, Turkey, and Canadian Mist are other favorites......

For standard drinking: Evan Williams Single Barrel
With friends: Makers Mark

football games: Jefferson Reserve
(Thomas Jefferson did found my college after all)
Right now on my bar I've got 12 diff bottles of bourbon, so now you're speaking my language :D Recently I've been on a Knob Creek and Hoovers kick since that's what my GF's parents gave me for Christmas w/ some sweet Waterford snifters for my cognacs.

Thanks. I'm a man of the dark liquors. And the good ol' south...well...close enough.

Evan Williams Single Barrel, Kentucky Spirit Single, Bookers, Beam Black label, and of course Makers Mark. BTW, if anyone is ever near the Bardstown KY area, a tour of their distillary is a must. Very fun.

Crown Royal is my favorite by far. Have any Crown Royal drinkers tried their Reserve? I was going to pick up a bottle but it $99.00 for .75 liters.

So I forgot why or when, but I joined the Bardstown Bourbon Society
, and all it got me was $5 off my next bottle of Evan Single Barrel or Craig Single....eh, I guess every little bit helps. I still get their newsletter, and this Christmas I got a card from them. Does it mean I have a problem if Evan Williams sends me a Christmas card?

It's only $25 Canadian just across the border :D
It's a lot smoother than the regular but the exact same flavor.

I have visited the Jack Daniels distillary in Lynchburg,Tenn. Unfortunatley I was too young at the time to test Mr. Jack but the memories are still clear. Yes Moray dark liquors tend to be very popular here in the south. As a matter of fact I am enjoying some Wild Turkey 101 with 7-up as I type..........

One I won't recommend, that I'm trying right now, is Jack Daniels 1915 Gold Medal.
Just too rye-esque for my taste.

As my best drinking buddy says, "SoCo is practically schnapps, and is best left for women and little boys."
