Feashwater fish ?

why are you confused on the PH being 6.2?

Well I thought the oscars were supposed to have around 8.0 for the ph.
6.2 seems way too low for a oscar right?
I changed about 3/4ths of the water out. I took off the filter and my pleco and put them in a bucket full of the water that I already had. I think the water got too cold, one reason is I used the hose again to fill it back up.

well its recomended for them to be in higher ph water but I have never worried about oscars they survive in a wide range. prime example they are in the waters in florida in the cannals.
