Feather Duster Help

Lately I have noticed that my feather duster does not look quite the same. I feed him DTs Phyto about once a week in small amounts. My water parameters are great, and everything else in the tank is doing great.
I've noticed that the feather duster's crown isnt perfectly round like it usually was, and also that its mouth is not perfectly round either. Is something that I should be worried about?

i wasnt aware that u had to feed a feather duster. Ive had mine for about a month and he's big a pretty and looking healthy.Could mine possibly be eating extra food or something im putting in there? :notsure:
