Feather Duster Question

I have some small feather dusters on the LR I got for my 30gal thank. I know they feed on Phytoplankton. My question is about how much and how often should I feed them. Also I have a skilter filter with the protein skimmer, do I need to shut the skimmer for a while after I feed them?

I'm no expert but as far as I know you don't needto feed feather dusters. I have a ton on my rock and have never fed them (i've had them for about 3 months now) and they just keep on living and growing. Just my 2 cents

If possible could one of you post any pics of the feather dusters you have growing off of your live rock? I have a couple of different things growing off my live rock and would like to compare pics.

I usually turn off my filter for 10 minute when I feed my corals, not sure if it is the right thing to do or not. (and yes, I also got some in my rocks, they seems to be everywhere)
