they are little and yes the tank is cycled,,, some times my cleaner shrimp picks on them also they stay in one spot and they do not move

Did you say cleaner shrimp eat feather dusters?!? I have a cleaner shrimp and I just got this 2 days ago...
I also have some cool little white ones that came in on LR and have spread everywhere, the shrimp never bothered them...

I wish I ever had shrimp that are feather dusters as I've had a few explosions of them from time to time.

We are talking about the minature featherdusters not the large ones. The small ones are no larger than 1/4" feather.
Your large will be fine. Barry
