feather duster

I am new to this. I have a feather duster. will it attach itself to something? what do they eat? can i dim the light at night for them?

When did ya put him in? I bury the base of mine in the sand or tuck it into the rocks. If he doesn't like it, he will move on his own.
Feeding - they are filter feeders. Anything in the water colum. Cyclopeeze is great. Use it if you don't. I use the frozen type. Mysis bits, anything the tank gets.

I got him a week ago. i just set him in the tank next to my live rock. he spends alot of time out but does gets startled and recoils. Otherwiase he hasnt moved his tube.

Sounds happy then. If he withdraws quickly - good. He is out - good. He is fine.

thanks. Everything seems to be going fine with me dimming the light at night so i guess thats ok too. I was more worried about my anemone at night but he has been fine too
