Feather dusters?

Are these baby feather dusters without a crown. I think they came from my big one and now trying to make a tube out of my sand or something? There is a lot more behind the rock too.
If they are not feather dusters, what are they?

should be a feather duster that blew off his crown, can't really tell by the picture very well.
The definate one that I see on the right is doing well, it seems. Feather Dusters are great to have in your system and are completely harmless.
You know to feed phyto etc?

Well can you see those black sand tubes? in the middle of the pic?
Also there is some type of worm thing in the little tubes that stick out.

Its the same thing as what you said vivioo7. I saw my big feather duster like repair his tube. There was a hole in the side I guess and the worm stuck out of the hole a little bit and got on the sand to stick to him and he fixed the hole.
