FedEx messed up my order

I ordered from SWF.com the other day and they shipped it yesterday. I tracked it on FedEx and they have all this misinformation. I called to find out they sent it to the wrong sort facility and I wont receive it today. I told them if I don't get it today to send it back. I also emailed SWF.com but there is no contact number. Am I going to be out $$ because of FedEx?

Those sneaky FedEx guys. They called and promised it would be here today.

Hopefully it'll all be in good condition and on time. If you have problems you'll need to contact the on-line store with any problems or complaints. The forums are primarily for discussion and sharing of hobby related experience. The moderators have no association with the store. Even if I have problems I need to contact them via the provided email address.
I'm confident that it'll all work out even if fedex messes the order up.
