I feed mine their Thera+A formula along with a variety of other foods like mainly dry seaweed sheets called nori and some meaty foods like mysis shrimp and PrimeReef....I have had mine 5 years so far on this diet.....

mine eats mostly algae, but gets mysis or brine shrimp every other day or so. I used the mysis and brine shrimp to train it to eat from my hand.

im with dogstar on the thera +A pellets by spectrum I have compared the ingredients of the spectrum pellets and have found the thera+A to be more ballenced and better quality ingredience.but i also use emerald entrese and formula2 for herbivores.I have a very mixed variety of fish in most of my tanks so the food list is long and my fish eat just about anything i toss in the tank,,ps brine shrimp has as much nutrition to fish as popcorn has to humans

My was looking for live rock and this tank set up came available for a great price. I am getting a 70 gallon to replace this temp 55 gal.
