Feeding a RBTA

What is the best way to feed a RBTA? Yesterday I took some prime reef, got it all soupy(is that a word?) put it in a needleless syringe and kinda dripped it on him. If you guys with good experience with them have suggestions for diet I am willing to do whatever it takes to make him happy and healthy. He has attached himself to the rock I set him on, which I think is a little too far from the light, would it hurt him to buy some more rock to raise his altitude a little? He can get to about 8-9 inches from the light, but It is where the return from the filter is, so I am afraid the current is a little heavy there.

I feed mine krill every couple of days. I just thaw it out drop a peice in there and my yellow srtipe maroon clown comes u and grabs it and brings it back down and gives it to my anemone. I ussualy give 2-3 pieces.
