What's your lighting setup?
What are your water params?
How long has your tank been setup?
You can feed them meaty foods like mysis, krill, squid, silversides, etc.

First you need to set up the tank and let it cycle. after that get you some cheap fish to get the feel of it. after you go through your ammonia spikes and everything else and the tank becomes second nature then get you some coral. I would not just jump right into it but give it about a year before you get serious. a lot of people like the looks of SW tanks but fail to realize the work that is needed for it. If you travel a lot then go freshwater. be ready to SPEND SOME $$$$.
After that come back and ask your questions.

dont worry, i know pretty much everything about the cycling process and compatibility, establishing a tank etc. i have the book The New Marine Aquarium. I have dumped over 300 bucks into it and am going to spend over 200 bucks(actually my tank is testing the equipment in freshwater as we speak. I just wanted to know the answers to the questions i asked. do you know them? :notsure:

In my 29g I have 2 RBTAs. I "feed" them with 225 watts of VHO light. I also occasionally target feed them some chopped up shrimp or blender mush, usually by just squirting some there way with a turkey baster. I have also used a tong or even a long wooden skewer when I have a specific piece of something I want to feed.
Does this answer?

I got a LTA, still tryin to get my clowns to host, but i have been usin "kent marine" Zooplex, feedin it by either pourin some in the tank or using the turkey baster the anemone seems to love the stuff, and reacts to it great

IMO and IME that's not enough light for an anemone. Look into getting AT LEAST 3x65 watts of PC. Or you can get a simple 150watt MH light from JBJ, Coralife, or the Sunpod for $200-280. If you stick with 2x65 watts I do not recommend buying any hosting types of anemones. I had an RBTA under the same lighting and it nearly died because of lack of light, even though they're considered to have lower lighting demands than other species of anemones. I upgraded to a 150W halide and it recovered really nicely.
