Feeding Anemones

what is the proper diet for anemone i just let tem catch some flake thats droped in and every now and then i might give it some krill

i give mine frozen(thawed when actually fed to it of course) uncooked raw shrimp from the grocery store, it loves it! i tried to feed it krill the last time and it wouldn't eat it! it just let it fall right out of it's mouth...but as soom as i put the shrimp in it closed up right away! wierd(maybe just got used to the shrimp)... but yea krill and silversides are great too, and of course... lots of light!

With proper lighting an anemone really doesn't need any feeding. I have mine under a MH and i could EASILY never feed it and it would grow perfectly fine.

mine seem to be fine but dont look like they grow much thats why i am wondering about the feedings.

Don't feed too often or you will have a tank that is filled with the nem.

I think he was trying to say "them" or something.
I think if you feed it, it will grow faster.
