feeding anenome?

What do I feed the anenome because the clown is not hosting! I tried using a baster with mysis but I'm not sure if he's eating it? what else can I try?

i feed mine frozen shrimp from the store i just thaw it out with tank water and then give them a little piece.

I feed mine silversides. My clown is hosting and will take mysis shrimp to him everyday but I still feed him once or twice a week.

well I tried silversides and I think it ate it but I couldn't tell he is comfy in the back of my tank
