Feeding Anthias in Reef Settings.

Does anyone have Anthias in their set-ups? The literature says that they should eat three times a day. I have two truncate Anthias in my semi reef set-up. I am following the instructions & feeding my fish 3 times a day(small feedings). My concern is that the nitrates will increase.
Do most reefers feed their fish once or twice a day? Am I "killing" my fish with kindness by feeding them 3x ,although small, a day? T.T.

I feed my Squarespot Anthias twice a day during the week and three times on the weekends. They have high metabolisms and need the extra food.

I have a female anthias (sold to me as a Lyretail, but I now think it's a Bicolor). I feed her frozen food once just after lights on, and once just before lights out. She looks very healthy and seems to be doing fine.
