Feeding Banghi Cardinal

Lfs told me that a steady diet of bloodworms and brine was bad for my fish, so they suggested I try Formula one Marine. My two damsels eat the stuff but my banghi won't touch it. My Banghi is fat and happy, so I'm not worried about him starving, but need to know how to keep him fed.
Planning on adding two clowns (Percs) in about one week. Will Formula one, occasional frozen brine, and some frozen bloodworms work? I occasionally serve cut up shrimp, salmon, or other ocean based protein.

Found out that the reason my peppermint shrimp never seemed to show thenselves, infact over short periods of time disappeared, no shell, nothing, was that the Benghai Cardinals have them as their menu. Finally wised up, took them back to LFS and now after catching my mimic tang which chased my newly purchased ones into hiding, all seven of them, they are out and about at all times.and are very social little creatures. Our Benghai's did move slowly so missed food like flakes and seafood, which they loved. They ate enough to breed successfully two or three times. The male takes care of the developing babies by keeping them in a pocket like apparatus under his mouth, then when old enough, lets them go and they would go through the out take pipes and into the bottom tank and survived very well. It was upsetting to learn that they were eating my shrimp. Worse to have to sell them back. I loved them, but needed the peppermint shrimp. Many of the babies were eaten by the other fish. So much for nature. But enough survived that when they got large enough our LFS would buy them.

I had the same problem all he would eat was brine shrimp, i added krill and mysis shrimp and soaked them in garlic extreme, now he eats it all like a pig.
