I have an open brain and I feed it chunks of shrimp/clam or scallops along with cyclopeeze. It has a large mouth so it can eat pretty big pieces. Here is a pic of it eating.

It's good to feed your brains some meaty food once or twice a week. Just put the piece on top of it, and watch it react. it's actually pretty cool to watch if you have 20 minutes to spare.
You start to see the brain wrinkle, then swell, then engulf the peice of meat... then ti swells up in its glory all day.

Yeah, I do the same as all stated. I feed the tank cyclo, and then will give it some mysis or herring. Also once a week now I feed my whole tank a scoop of live brine shrimp and WWOOOOOOWWWW does everything freak out eating. Expecially my corals.

Sorry - but this one just strikes me as funny...
It could have been describing me sitting in a Burger King.
