I Am Going To Start Feedinging Bta Silversides And I Was Wondering If I Should Spot Feed Them Frozen Or Let Them Thaw Out Completely

i give my rose bta 1 per week so a bag of silversides will last forever

I have three anemones and I give them each two per week, 3-4 days apart.
