feeding clown goby

What foods does everyone feed their clown gobies??
Any reviews about the Formula 1,2 & Prime Reef foods??

I have a green and a yellow one....
They eat anything that floats near them....flake, pellet, frozen...

I have a citron- prefers brine but takes other food as long as it is not too big(home made)
