Feeding - how often?

How often do you feed your tank? We have a 55 gallon tank with a Bar Goby, Skunk Clown and a Dwarf Fire Angel. We feed twice a day, about 1/2 a cube of frozen mysis, squid, etc... at each feeding, but it's all gone within a minute or so... I'm worried about over-feeding though - they are ALWAYS revenously hungry at feeding time, should I up the quantity of food?
Nitrates, nitrites and ammonia are always at zero in the tank.

are you only feeding meaty foods? your angel needs spirulina in its diet daily.
I feed 3x a day and my fish have grown like a weed. Also try New life spectrum sinking 1mm pellets.

Well, our little "multi-pack" has veggies in every cube - He's getting his veggies. Spirulina specifically in two of the cubes. He's also quite the graiser - and he's FAT! LOL

If there are no side effects from it and they eat it all then there really is no reason to stop but for that stock I consider that grossly over feeding for the type of fish you have. a cube a day is way too much. clown can go every other day, dwarf angels are grazers and I'm not sure about bar goby habbits but I'm sure it be fine with that too. I feed two small tanks with total fish list of two saddle clowns, one false perc, sixline and royal gramma. I use two different types of cubes each feeding for variety but in general if I were to feed one cube, it would last me WEEKS feeding all five fish. I feed ever other day and shave or grade a little off one side. maybe a couple millimeters worth of small morsals. this easily feeds all five fish and two I've had over a year now (including my biggest the false perc and sixline) so they arent starving. If I make a mistake and grade too much off afer 15 seconds the fish become nonchalant and selective picking and choosing morsals like the food God has rained down a never ending supply of meaty morsals.
