Feeding My Clown Trigger

Hello Everyone, I've had my Clown Trigger several months now, when he arrived he was so small he would only eat Frozen Brine Shrimp, after a while he was able to eat PE Mysis, he has tripled in size. Not to maintain a strictly freshwater diet are there any meaty marine foods anyone can suggest? Perhaps something from my local fish market? Thanks for your input.

raw shrimp, clams, scallops, other fresh raw shell fish. some serve clams on the half shell. As long as the pieces are not to big for them to eat.

I had thought Clown Triggers require food with some type of hard shell to keep it's teeth sharp and short.

Am I wrong? (not an aggressive guy)
