I do not have all the same fish but I feed my tanks -

yellow tang
mono argenta
bangii card
maroon/yellow stripe clown
strawbery phusdo
roral grama
fire fish
two brittle stars
about 50 hermits
50 snails
two peppermint shrimp
1 emrald crab
55 gal
2 false perc
1 clown gobie
banded shrimp
2 pepermint shrimp
25 snails
20 hermits
emrald crab
serpant star
I feed a mixture of prime reef flakes, formula two frozen (greens), and myss shrimp.
I use a 1/2 a block each of the frozen myss and formula two chopped up and break a couple of large prime reef flakes daily between the two and all the fish tear it up. I do spot feed my stars but my shrimps /crabs and snails seem to clean up what the fish do not eat. I hope this helps. It works for me but may not for everyone!! I have been feeding this mixture for about 1.5 years now

No I do 1/2 block chopped up each myss and formula 2 ( mix with flake food)and feed for all fish. I once or twice a week will add more but depends on the fish and eating. I try not to feed more than what the fish will eat in 5 min for the most part.
