Feeding Percula's

I have a 35g tank with no protien skimmer (not yet) and was just wondering how often i should feed my 2 perculas?

Daily if you're not trying to breed them. As often as possible if you are.

If i want them to breed, feed them more then once a day?
but without a PS will my bioload not get out of control?

If you want them to breed I suggest you get a protein skimmer
