Feeding question please

Hello, first of all thank you to all who helped me navigate through my set up several months ago.
My 35 gal hex is doing great (just one casualty). I do have a major concern on what to feed my fish.
So far I have (all juvies - 1.5-2in)
- tomato clown
- dragon wrasse
- hippo tang
- royal gramma (replaced my dead koran angel)
I am very well aware of the real size of all the fish and will give away one by one once they reach a certain size.
There are few things that I was told to buy for food by my LFS.
I have flakes, mysis shrimp and some Formula One mix (frozen seafood). They all love mysis shrimp. All but wrasse eat flakes.
However, when I throw them seafood mix it just drops to the bottom like poop and they don't seem to go after it.
I was told to throw 1/2 cube at night.
I am affraid that my koran angel died from starvation cause the water seems perfect for months.
What else, how often and how much should I feed my animals?
Thank you

No flakes....they actually DO pollute ur water. This i did not know either....flakes dissolve or are so small we cant see them....usually unwanted algae will get nutrients from this! Have u tried rinsing ur food? Put the frozen food in a small cup marked fish only and let it break up and de-thaw....than filter it in a net. You can either dump it in the tank from here but i usually put it back in the cup w/ distilled or r/o water and turkey baster feed my tanks....
1 time a day! every 2-3 days they might get a lil treat... there is a thread i saw not to long ago about....wat do u feed??? or something

Should I just try different seafood mix? After all, they do love the shrimp......
I honestly won't have all the time to do all that on the daily basis
And of the cube - HOW MUCH do I feed them - is 1/2 cube enough?

just alternate between ur fozens. We rinse to get the phosphates and unwanted stuff off the food...yes 1/2 cube should be good

u might wanna de-frost the mix so it wont drop to the bottom...u dont have enough time to put it in a lil water and dump it in? Wats ur flow like? u have any powerheads>?

don't have time???? Just take out a frozen cube...stick it in a small container of water......go brush your teeth.,.....come back...rinse it in a small fish net, and dump it in the tank

ok, i am sorry - please let me first assert you that i am not a complete idiot and would not throw a frozen cube into a tank
let me re-phrase - the seafood mix is like a thick paste after 5 minutes of unfreezing, after 10, after 1 hour!
it's thick paste that goes to the bottom
that's why i was asking

Exactly what kind of food is it? there is only 1 food that I have that is gel-like.....BUT after defrosting and MUSHING it up (with fork) it is no longer thick.....you may need to add a little water to it

OK...I have that in formula 2...it has a gel binder
all you do is take a fork and MUSH it up.....I mix it with other foods
