Should you feed you anen? and if so how often?? I think opinion vary's so some feed back would be great. also how often do you all feed your fish?? thanks all!

Depends on the type of anemone we are talking about. What kind do you have?
My opinion is that light is one of the best things you can feed it, anemones get nutrition from the zooxanthellae that lives within.

I have a fairly large Sabae. lights are 400w mh. He actually moved yesterday into a cove like area of LR on the sand bed, which works for me as it looks even better where he is now!! I Just fed him a squid and he gobbled it down...lol.
I think it might actually be a white Sabae, not sure tho.

Mine is on recovery process (BTA by the way). I feed it every 3 days with krill (1 piece less than an inch, no head, no tail, just the meaty part) . On a normal situation, I would feed it once a week (same thing)
If you want it to split faster, you can feed it every 3 days and do weekly water changes
