I have a chocolate chip, red aftrican, and blue Linckia laevigata. My lfs sold them to me as low maintenance but the more I have read the more I have become concerned for them. Please offer advice on what, how and how often to feed them as my books skim over this topic.

you should be concerned. the chocolate is low maintenance maybe, not sure about the red, but the blue is the highest maintenance of the 3, be concerned about the linkia they need 100+lbs of mature LR to consume the adequate amt of algae for staying alive
