feeding time

I have a porcupine puffer a lunare wrasse picasso trigger and a volitan lion fish. I am havbing a small problem they are all little guys with big appetites i am tring to figure out how many times i should feed them and how many feeder fish i should use i threw three in there and well lets say they disapeared rther fast i need some guidance form the fish gods on how many times i should feed them,,,

you shouldn't be feeding them feeder fish i would try to feed them fresh seafood or frozen because they won't be to healthy eating feeders they have no nutrients in them ps i feed my trigger twice a day and that is the saltwater multipak which is frozen
