Feeding triggers

What is the best food for triggers? I had aclown in my old 90 who was on a live food diet, but he ate almost everything, pellets prozens etc. However, what is the best kind of food for them? Will shrimp clams, etc, from supermarket do? Should I add a few drops of vitamis to their food. If Yes, should this be done for every meal?

i feed my triggers (clown and bursa) a frozen that i get at my lfs called trigger and wrasse formula. they are the only fish in the tank that go for it and they seem to like it.

i would feed them mysis shrimp, cockle, muscles, squid, sand eels,clams and any formula food. i would soak it in zoe vitamins before feeding every meal .

frozen krill is another good frozen food to feed triggers.
