Feeding

I have been feeding my fish once a day and usually a pinch of flakes or some mysis shrimp. The population of worms in my tank is thriving however and this makes me nerveous that I'm overfeeding and a crash may be soon to come if I do not do something about it.
How often do you guys feed your fish and what kinda fish do you have??

I feed once per day and sometimes give them a little extra. What are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?

Yea knowing where your levels are at should give you some indication if a crash is in your future.. I have 4 fish in a 29 gal cube RG, Purp FF, 2 true Percs, I feed formula 1 mixed with another type of frozen.. either brine, cyclops, marine green once a day. That in itself is a load on a small tank but weekly water changes of 15% and a Refugeum in my rear chamber my trates never get to above 10ppm.

ok,
Nitrate - about 0-5 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Ammonia 0 ppm
I really have nothing to indicate a crash besides the fact that worms are thriving in my tank and on another post I read they said that lots of worms will temporarily delar a crash so they are like an early warning sign. I may be just worrying too much but I really don't want my reef tank with all of my expensive corals to crash.

Not true on worms. Worms are beneficial but overfeeding will cause an overpopulation of worms.
I feed every other to every three days. Never overly concerned if I miss a feeding.
