Welcome to the boards!! You should be feeding them more than just shrimp. Pick up some frozen formula foods in a flat package. You can break off what you need. Fish will always beg for more. You have to know the needs of the fish. Your clown would be happier with two feedings a day, while your puffer only needs to eat once per day. You can accommodate them both with a small feeding earlier in the day, then the main meal at night.
