Feeding.

Ok, I decided that i need to set up a better feeding cycle (since i only feed my fish before.) Now I need some help.
For animals I have:
Maroon clown, bta, brittle star, sand star, blue legs, astrea snails, squasmosa clam, cleaner shrimp, cynarina, blue ridge(i think), xenia, an unidentified acro, a montipora cap, botton polyps, capnella, a few diff leathers, blastomussa, galaxea, Pocillopora I think, frogspawn, pavona, yellow cup, bubble.
I think that is all.
For food I have.
Krill
frozen mysis shrimp (little ice cube things)
frozen brine shrimp (dito)
kents phytoplankton
coral-vital
spectrum
What should I feed? fish, inverts, bta, cynarina? anything else?
should I feed the bubble or frogspawn, and if so how?
How often should I feed?

Actually I looked at silversides today at the lfs. They seem quite large to be feeding to a bta or star. I don't think they could get them down.
I fed my brittle, bta, cyn, shrimp and maroon krill today. Watching the star get the krill was sweet. He had to fight off three or four blue legs, a couple snails and the cleaner shrimp. Kind of like royal rumble.

Oops pulled from the wrong file. Is there a way to edit a post after posting?
I feed my BTA and LTA silversides every other day. I cut them into about 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces. The heads I drop into the tank and my Brittle Star gobbles them up.
I have a small Bubble Coral that gets small pieces of shrimp. It is about the size of a quarter. Was about dime size when I got it. Here is a pic.

I've tried to feed both my bubble and my frogspawn, but the food just laid there until my shrimp can and stole it. I swear that shrimp never gets full.
How often should I feed. How often should I add phytoplankton and coral-vital?
