Does anybody have pics of a fiji firefish, they r so cool :joy:

there is another kind? Wow, didn't know that. I just knew of the purple and orange dartfish.

i think the fish you are talking about is the helfrenchi firefish?, which is usually sold for a couple hundred i think.... sorry i dont have any pics of one

is this the fish you are talking about? they are selling it on a site for $200 for a 2-3 inch fish

gona get another firefish

Of the Genus Nemateleotris, there are 3 species., N. magnifica ( red firefish ) shallow water, common; N. decora ( purple ) medium depth, less common ; N. helfrichi ( Helfrichs' dartfish ) deep water 30 m. and deeper, rare, $$$.
All three are found in the Central/Western Pacific where Fiji is.
