Went to the lfs today and they have what they call yellow foxfaces which are half solid yellow and half solid purple that are awesome but i don't know any anything about survival and such. they also have waht they call a clown fairy wrasse. was wondering if anybody knew about these fish and if they can share whatever info they have.

its accually called a bi colored foxface(Lo uspi) this is of the rabbit fish family its an herbavore great for algae control in a 70 gal or larger tank . they have moderate care but feed often 2 to 3 time a day they reach about 7 inches they are venomous (spinkes on the dorsal fines and below tail. they are norally vey peaceful fish but may show agresstion to other like species or tangs of saillfin variety(usually the tang bugs them) I have had mine for almost a yr if fed properly they will live a long time in your aquarium. they are not prone to severe cases of ich unless malnurished diet includes fesh and frozen prepered algae based foods they do like meaty foods also such as mysis shrimp other finely chopped foods.if you do get this species and need help with him feel free to ask me anything my first foxface (majestic) i had for over 3 yrs
