Marksmagic-I beleive you will find that if you tried to buy a 10 inch sohal(if you can find one) it will cost you AT LEAST 200.00 and you don't even know if he will acclimate since he would have been just collected from the wild. Same for the purple tang. I've been keeping fish for over 30 years and have occasionally sold them for what I consider to be good price for the quality. As any experienced hobbiest will tell you, they'd rather buy from a hobbiest who has kept a fish healthy for many years then take chances with an expensive fish which were just collected from the wild. In many ways these fish s/b priced higher then the retail stores not less. Healthy fish, gauranteed to live unless you mis treat them. They both been around for over 2-3 years AND ARE DOING GREAT. great value.

A fish is a fish, and does not really get worn out like dry goods do with age.

MM- if you have no intetnion of buying the fish, which of course you don't since you have a 30g, why comment at all? just curious....oh well.

I'll take offers for fish also.....am willing to throw in a couple of rather large( one is about 10 inches, other is 8 inches) painted turtles with full 55g tank( no stand) set up for the one that gives me full price on the Sohal. Great deal. Let the games begin!!

I'm quite amazed that no-one has taken the entire 100 lbs. for 300.00!!
jake- If you take at least 50lbs. you got a deal. I live off of village road in West windor / princeton junction. Let me know.There was a time when this would have been gobbled up in one day....especially for what L/R is going for these days. I originally paid 6.00/lb. the same place is now selling it for 7.99/lb. That w/b 799.00 plus tax for 100 lbs. This is a great deal.....

i will let you know by tonight i have to get clearance from my girlfriend. I would like to take more but I don't know what to do with it right now. I have a 35 gallon tank and a 20 and am waiting until I move to buy my 125-150 gallon tank. I could use the rock for that tank but I don't know what to do with it for the next 6 mos or so. I could keep it in buckets with a heater and airstone I guess, but I think I will have all die off and have to re seed.
