Filter feeding wormy thing??

Got some macros today. On one of the macros, was this little guy. Not sure what he is and was hoping someone could tell me what he is and what to do with him.
He is about 1-1/2 to 2 inches long. At first, I was concerned about his tentacles around his head, but he appears to be filter feeding.

I can't tell from the pictures. I have three guesses though:
1 - A medusa Worm
2 - A filter feeding Cucumber
3 - A type of Bristleworm called a Fan Worm AKA Featherduster.

He has no shell or tube, looked like....slime...when he was out of the water. I don't think he is a fan worm. Will try to get a better pic.
Medusa worm??? Bad??

Ok, I did a google search, and I am pretty sure it's a Medusa worm. (Thanks, Bang Guy) Sooo, not sure what to do with the little guy. Do you think this little guy could nuke a tank?? I suppose, I could set up my pico for him. Hmmmm....

Medusa worms are awesome, they eat debris in your tank. They need a well established tank so they don't starve. They get pretty big, like a half inflated balloon. I've been trying to get one in for my reef tank!

Do you have any Puffers or anything that might try to eat it? They are generally safe if nothing is trying to eat it.
