I hAVE a 29g tank and i bought a neon goby and a orchid dottyback. I put them in and then i went over a friends house but when i came back they had both jumped into the filter! :scared: :scared: The neons is probably dead
but the orchid isn't :cheer: . is there something i could block the filter with or could i blok it with a window screen?

I would think that you could buy some sort of fine plastic mesh to cover the entrance. My goby jumped into the overflow box and I got him out (took awhile) and put him back in the tank. He looked fine for a few days and I thought he was acclimated. He had a hole under a certain rock that he always stayed close to. Haven't seen him in over a week

Sorry I am confused

What does the orchid speed have to do with anything? I was trying to describe something like chicken wire but plastic that maybe could be attached to the overflow box so water could still go in the box not big enough for a fish.
Does that explanation help any?
