Filter/Lighting setup.

I found an all in one, lighting and filter setup. I would still like to get a skimmer, but if it's not needed I wouldn't get it. I found a local shop that carries it http://www.marksmarine.net/Products/...se_systems.htm It's the Eclipse I system for a 10g. for fits on a 10"x20" framed tank, which is that I have.
And, another question, would the lighting work for a mini reef? I would need a medium/strong flow so I might just buy a powerhead for that.

UPDATE!
They are selling it for $50 and the guy said it's not suitable for a reef tank, but would be great for a fish only tank with no corals.
I wouldn't mind this, b/c that price is great! But, I WANT CORALS!!!
