How much live rock do you think? I know its roughly a pound per gallon but could I go to the low side of that since its so small? And yes, BTLD is correct, it is fully cured.

With nano tanks, I tend to just go with what looks good rather than worrying about how many pounds I actually have.

+1.
I ordered 40pounds for my 20g high. I used 30 in my tank and 10 in my sump, roughly. I'm actually considering moving a couple rocks in the next couple days.

What kind of salt do you all use and what type of test kits do you recommend? Reason I ask is there are some online places having Black Friday sales and Im hoping these might be a sale item. And fish food?...for the ghost feeding.

I'm starting to realize more and more that it doesn't really amatter which salt you use. You should still research how to chemically balance your water.
If I had to buy salt right now, IDE go with tropic Marin.
Home made frozen foods are the best thing to feed. Buy some selcon if they got it on sale.

Been reading your thread, looks like your starting well. For the ghost feeding to start your cycle,,, you really dont specifically need fish food,,, you can just put a piece of cocktail shrimp or any kind of flake food your going to buy.. its more to just start the ammonia cycle than anything.
