Looking at starting up a 70gal tank. I have a perfectly working Aquaclear 500/110. I also got a Hydor Koralia 4 and a custom overflow given to me. here is pick of the overflow;
it has not been cleaned yet so please don't yell at me
My first question comes to the Aquaclear 500/110 is it good enough? My next question comes to the overflow, if I am going to use what should I put in it? I have read that bio-balls are a nitrate factor and this looks like it was designed to use bio-balls.
Also what kind of pump would I need for the overflow. From where it would be to the top of the tank is 45inchs.
