I will have a 125 gallon aggresive aquarium. I am thnking of getting a wet/dry filter, but now someone told me that I should get like the under the gravel filters for the tank. Is that good for a aggresive tank?

Either one will work the same for a fish only tank, but most folks won't use them for reef tanks.

Don't do UGFs...there are much better filtration choices...
UGFs require CC...Don't do CC...there are much better substrate choices...
