Filtering advice

I have a 90 gallon tank that over flows into a fuge. In the first section of the fuge I have bioballs and a skimmer. The second section is my fuge part, live sand and rock and some marcoalge. Next section is one big rock with a return pump in it. I also have a biowheel in the mainpart of my tank.
I have 2 questions. First, is my fuge set up right? Second, do I need a biowheel? I have been using it for the filtering part, the filter and carbon. :help:
I still seem to have solids floating around in the aquarium it's never crystal clear like I see in some pictures.
My water qualities are good I have 100LBS of live rock and 100 Lbs of live sand.

IMO you really don't need the Bio-Balls since you already have so much LR and LS.
What exactly do you mean by "a return pump in it"?
The Bio-Wheel isn't necessary, but occasionally running carbon is helpful. Make sure you remove the Bio-Wheel itself, though, same as Bio-Balls.
Looks good otherwise.

The last section in the fuge I have the return pump that pumps back the the aquarium in it and a big live rock in it also. Ok so I won't need bio-balls then, because of the live rock. ok Thanks I'll have to do that on my next days off.

Filter floss, a layer before the bio Chamber, and than fill the Chemical chamber up, and pack it tight, you'll have Crystal Clear water....you buy it in bags that look like a "pillow" usually under ten bucks. That'll get rid of the "floaties"
