Filtration for 29 reef

I have a reef and I am moving it to a stand so that i can get a sump. My question is which one shold i get. I don't want to spend over 200 but would like to have a refugium like set-up

i want to put al itte 3 gal under my 29
how expensive is this to set up on my own? how do i get water going to this 3 gal refuig, then back up?
anyone?

i agree eith the rubbermaid fuge set up, unless you wnat to be able to open your cabinet up to view the fuge! you will either have to have yor tank pre-drilled, or get an overflow box (ive heard that lifereef makes some killer ones) these will allow water to flow into a box in the display, and then be siphoned into a second box on the back of the tank , which has a line set up so that the water will then flow down to your fuge. next youd have to look at partitioning your rubbermaid off,gettign some aragamud, or fine sand, and gettting a 6-8 inch layer, and a nice flourescent grow light set up that will run 24/7 and then you will have a return pump that would feed the water back to the display. your skimmer could then either be in line before or after the fuge, or could hang on the back of the tank and operate independantly(my reccommendation)!
