filtration question

46 gallon fish only.. would be easy if it all small fish.
i have 120 gallon fish only and easy to care for and if fish get sick you can treat with meds.
canister filter would be fine. if your plan on using a fuval 405 or 305 would be good.
i would go get a wet/dry filter a 75 gallon one would be best for you
