Filtration System for 55 gls mini reef

Whats the best filttration system for a 55 gls mini reef, with 70 pounds of live rock.
1 - Sump and Skimmer.
2 - Wet Dry and Skimmer.
3 - Wet dry/Skimmer/Nitroreductor/Calcium Reactor.
Recommended brand and model?

I suggest not getting a PRISM SKIMMER by Red Sea i don't like mine at all.............i am goign to upgrade it soon

Has anybody used Lee's protein skimmer?

lee's is a counter current, i have heard they are the least sufficent versus the other style of skimmers (venturi, turbo,etc..)
