Filtration

I am setting up a reef tank in my living room. My main problem is that its got to be as quiet as I can get it. Its only a 25 tall. I have wet/drys on my other tanks but they make more noise than I can allow. I was looking into a canister filter. I know they work well with freshwater and they are very quiet. But is it good enough for saltwater?

It should be fine. I use a fluval 305 on my 46g. I don't really want to plumb a tank, so I use the cannister filter. They're definitely quiet, and I clean it about every 2 weeks.

I love my fluval... I put it under the tank in the stand and I don't hear it at all. 05 series is pretty good cannister filter.
I don't know anything about the Eheim.
