I had been waiting to add my second ballast to my new tank after slovly taking down my old 37 gal. I had already had one 660 w/ 4-48" URI's and now I added the second ballast w/ two more 48" bulbs for a total of 660W VHO. It looks awesome. I was happy w/ the four bulbs, but this makes a tremendous difference in total light, plus I can do dawn/dusk. I also added two 4" fans.
