From experience You have a serious fire hazard! You need to use drip loops to protect your surge protecters from having water get on them. My dads exploded when just a drop of water got on it. If you cherish your house which I am sure you do Fix the problem
absolutely The power setup you got going there is just asking for trouble I would mount the power strips on the wall and not on the floor and the ballast sitting on the floor under the tank is a really bad idea they get very hot for one and will warp the flooring and then without the loops its asking for a major incident to happen. water and electricity dont mix but saltwater is more conductive and can really be bad!!!

Get looking tan klots of coraline algae going on in there. what type of lighting do you have on there?
