FINALLY got the last damsel out

just thought i'd let ya know the method we used. my husband caught him before the lights came on thismorning. everyone else was still sleeping in the tank, he was the only one out. i dont think he was totally awake either lol, he was able to just go in and net him out. i spent hours yesterday tryin to get him.
now i can finally replace the royal gramma they beat up. :happyfish:

I still think the "Rent a Lionfish" to remove troublesome Damsels idea has potential...

I tried for an hour or so then gave up, i hired my kids to do the job they enjoyed it

How did you do it? Did it go into nemo's home?

That's too funny Cindi... Last week I was trying to move my 6 damsels from the 100 to the 220... I finally gave up with the fish net and got me a pool net... Scooped up five of them inone shot.... They had no where to go!

pool net is a good idea, but wouldnt work in my case. i did seriously consider a fishing rod though

Cool, at least you did not have to take out all of the rocks, like I had to do. The rocks never go back the same way. Congrats.
