Finicky Fish

So I used to feed my fish bloodworms and now I switched to Formula One Pellets and they sink to the bottom too fast and the fish don't realize they are down there and are not eating. I also bought some Seaweed/Algae and I clipped it on the side of the tank and they won't touch that either. What should I do?? This is so frustrating, anyone suggest something different maybe that I can feed them?

Hi,
My clowns wouldn't eat seaweed clipped to the side either. They go nuts for San Francisco Bay Brand Marine Cuisine though. It's a feeding frenzy in there.

Good luck, and it might help the other members to know what fish you have in your tank.

I feed my tank Rod's Food (original). My clowns love it so much they will actually eat from my hand!

+1.
I just recently made my own food. I spent about $15 and I should have food for months and it was easy to do. My fish go crazy over it.

How did you make it? maybe I should try that.

There was a recent post that went into several ways that and items that people use.
I put a couple of raw shrimp, seaweed sheets, algea sheets, brocolli, garlic in a food processer and mixed it up. Then took that and put in eggcrate, and froze it. Now I just pop one piece out and feed.

I bought some shrimp, oyster, a little salmon, cod, clams, nori and some garlic. I put through a blender for this purpose only
and then as NaClH2O Nut did I put it in a plastic bag with egg crate. There are a lot of threads on here that give lists on what they feed. I also soak mine in Selcon before I feed it to them.
