fire clown n scooter blenny

i have a fire clownfish that lays on the red scooters blenny most evenings what gives n the scooter doesnt seem to care? i know i have a rather bizzare mix of fish especially for a 55g tank (though all fish are young atm)
2 fire clownfish
2 percula clownfish
1 cortez wrasse
1 red fin fairy wrasse
1 yellow tang
1golden head gobie
1 spotted watchmen gobie
1 donino damsel
1 yellow belly damsel
suprising overall they get along reasonably well (no noticable injuries) and rarely do more then sort chase
about 70lbs o rock 6"sandbed

most definitely will b upgrading this summer to at least a 125

Great. Your tank right now is overstocked if the inhabitants were to grow up.

It may be a dominance thing??? havent heard of a fish LAYING on another fish but hey...you have a rather odd mix of very aggressive fish and have 2 different types of clowns (what type of clowns are the fires? are they percula or ocellaris?) either way 3 clowns in a tank esp. that size is not good.
